Re: Site tweaking.

Any chance of a tweak that turns the "typewriter" animation off, displaying the page content when it's loaded - like any normal web page? I just wouldn't mind a website that doesn't feel like a 2002 Geocities personal site :D I know exactly what you mean but i think thats the point of it. The game ...

Re: Marvin and Preston tier backers! Don't forget your photo

Kind of wish I had had the money to back at a higher tier, but alas, I chose the Hal 9000 Tier, which was the most i felt i could at the time. That's the problem with Kickstarters, a lot of the time after the fact, you wish you pledged more, or less, especially if it's a project you have never heard...

Re: Competition complete! Here are the scifi stories nominat

I just thought "damn i missed a competition?" then I remembered it was for non-males only *phew* I hate missing out on competitions  also some nice choices, a few glaring omissions, and nice to see a Robert Rankin on the list, I read, and loved, his book Apocalypso when I was younger, and alway...

Re: Kickstarter Backers: Filled in the survey yet?

Why don't you post this as a KS update? If people missed the survey email and the bit at the bottom of update #25, maybe they might catch it is a whole update is reminding people to do their survey. third time's the charm and all that.

Why is it that everyone loves that now so much? When I have used it before it just causes a massive drop in frame rate :|

Re: General Suggestions and Questions

Something that came up in the IRC chat the other day, was about the narration in the game, whether or not there is any, etc. and about narration being limited in cases where player named things or things with randomly generated names come up. An idea I had was, rather than having recorded narration,...

Re: British and other comedy

The Increasingly Poor Decisions of Todd Margaret is something I saw recently on Netflix and is pretty hilarious, it is about an incompetent American (played by David Cross) who is sent to London to head up a new UK division of a company.

Re: ArmA III

I've been playing the ARMA series since Bohemia Interactive released Operation Flashpoint: Cold War Crisis (ARMA: Cold War Crisis now) and probably clocked up well over 10,000 hours over the course of the series. Holy Crap, I didn't actually Realise that OFP was (sort of) the first ARMA game! I rem...
