Stuck on Pathfinding

Operating System: Debian GNU/Linux Unstable

Bug severity: Unexpected behaviour

System specs for non Windows machines: Intel i5-6600, 32 GiB RAM, 512 GiB SSD, NVidia 970 with binary drivers.

Other notes:
It seems that my colonists get stuck pathfinding outside or in the airlock a lot. Here's a savegame where the issue appeared during gameplay:

I have one colonists who spent almost 2% of his air supply in the airlock, another one is walking around outside between the airlock, some bushes, a water still and the airlock and another (now starved) colonist just kept turning in a small circle outside, MAYBE clipped into a droppod.
