eradicated chickens can never be replaced

Complete steps to replicate bug:
depends on random luck of striking "gold" (aka lava)

Other notes:
I had a lava spill that completely wiped out my chickens in their habitat. I couldn't get any replacement chickens. I kept calling down new colonists, but no chickens arrived with them, and nobody would build the chicken feeder blueprint to see if that would trigger new chicken spawn. That colony ended up starving to death. Shouldn't replacement "crew" arrive on the modules, regardless of species?
