Colonists Ignoring work/needs

Alpha build number: 0.69 (Trauma update, perhaps? The 8 Dec 2018 update)

Operating System: WIN 7

Bug severity: Unexpected behaviour/Other

Complete steps to replicate bug: Set up a Medical room, get a scanner. Colonist Uses Scanner, but then does not move. (Alt; Have rooms or things being built that end up never finishing, or as a room is completed, the colonist simply stands in there and gets hypothermic, even if there's a door.) In general just try to play the game and then watch in agony as your colonists slowly die of dehydration, fatigue, and hypothermia while standing and doing absolutely nothing, and then complain about there not being enough repair robots when you have 3 queued to be built.
