[Suggestion] Make doorways free

There's two problems here.

Firstly, sometimes building a doorway requires a material block that is on the other side of the doorway. Currently that works, because colonists just walk through holographic doors before they are built.
But if doorways were always free, as long as a colonist was available - they wouldn't need to break the laws of the universe to accomplish building them.

Secondly, destroying a door drops a material block. Sometimes that material block's position means that a replacement door can't be built until a colonist moves the offending material block.
If doorways were free, repositioning doors would be a whole lot less problematic.
