Mac: Black Screen Hang

Post by dijital » Sat Nov 29, 2014 7:47 pm

Hello,

I recently purchased Maia to play on my Mac via Steam. It loaded properly after about 3 tries (the first two gave me an immediate error in OS X, posted below). Then the game played for an hour without issue. When I closed and reopened it to fix some AI weirdness, Steam launched it to a black screen that never progressed. I've tried rebooting, relaunching, removing and reinstalling from Steam, checking the error log, checking the forums, no luck.

The error that MacOS was reporting (note that the game was running from an external volume. I reinstalled it to the internal hard drive with no change in behavior):

Doesn't look like this was fixed in the 0.47 release. Does anyone who's doing tech support for this game have any suggestions, any replies, any requests for more information, logs?

Anyone out there? Hello??
