I just noticed it's not "fullscreen", it's just a 1920x1080 window that XMonad floats automatically (above panels). Resizing it doesn't resize the content.

New binary attached to the first post. That will allow the config file to work.

Also fixes the aspect ratio issue.

Sorry. I think I should probably call it a night in a bit. I'm making stupid mistakes out of tiredness.

Finally a system specific bug that isn't because I'm being a numbskull! :p

Likely due to a bug in SDL 2.0. I can't replicate, but if we still have it in a month or more I may file a bug report with them or file a patch if I can replicate it.

- Working in windowed (1024*768)
- FPS oscillating between 20 and 15 fps.
- CPU Usage 20% on a core I5 M450 @2.4ghz

- Lighting is behaving strangely http://i.imgur.com/4xOge7s.jpg

So, I spent the last few hours trying to get the program to start, but no matter what I do with SDL, I always end up with the following:
No game pad found.
Problem with joystick/gamepad.
Segmentation fault

I did copy the files the SDL build generated from /usr/local/lib to /usr/lib

Anyone got any ideas? I'm pretty new to Linux, so maybe it's something really obvious that I'm missing.

Also, is it normal that I have to check "allow executing file as program" in the properties? Without that I just get "bash: ./MaiaLinux: Permission denied"
Windows 7 64-bit
Intel Core i7 4770K (4.0 GHz)
16 GB RAM
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 770, 4GB

With the resolution I'm using (1920x1080) and fullscreen="true", the game works but like before, I'm getting a big resizable moveable window (rather than old sdl fullscreen that you have to desactivate to change workspaces, etc ...).

Edit: you must chmod u+x MaiaLinux as it is not marked executable.
Edit2: And I must read posts completely ... and sleep. :D

What distro are you running ?
Are you in a VM?

As for the allow executing file as a program, so yes, it is normal.
