Oh my Lard, the YouTube comments.

Looks good so far though. Are those turret MGs .50/.30 cal stock models? Sure looks like some old US ordinance rather than space age materials.
Would appreciate the Google-o-Vision to go away though, those Impbots aren't exactly wearing masks I would think but rather both their eyes should produce a proper unblocked stereo picture.

A lot of things in the game will be sensible hard wearing stuff. Since they make it themselves. The m2 has been in use for 100 years. So its probably safe to assume people will still be using them in a few hundred years time as well.

One of the main issues is that textures at distance look a bit blurry. You can tone down the filters, but not off, otherwise lots of bad looking screenshots will pop up. :p

Should be noted that most people will be playing at much higher res than the youtube video, so the blockyness isn't as apparent.

Nope, the fractured effects are cool with me, it's just the goggle outlines that seem out of place.

Oh right. Was supposed to be because their eyes are really round. Might make more visual sense when the FOV is un broken.

Your art design really is something, together with things like your placement hologram it makes for a a unique atmosphere. Have not seen this kind of effects before.

I guess the stepping-sounds are placeholders? They sound quite generic, not mechanical.

Thanks. Hopefully I can keep it looking really unique.

Yeah all sound is placeholders. I'll get a proper sound designer on board soon.
